Stressed by bio and psych and exchange application :\ Should have given myself a bit more time instead of booking my flight so early. Oh well.
I want to watch Raising Hope!

SUMMER D:
I've enrolled for summer school. THIS IS DEPRESSING. I'll be flying back to Melbourne on 2nd Jan. I probably won't be flying back to Singapore until the winter break. THAT'S LONG :(

PLEASE REPLY EMAILS QUICKLY
If I ever become a lecturer/tutor in charge of exchange credit approval (p=0) I will vow not to be like the people I have to deal with now. I will reply my emails quickly instead of leaving the poor students with no idea of whether I've received their emails or not. I will reply my emails definitively so that the poor students don't have to hunt down my office on their own and guesstimate a time a time that I'll be there. GOSH.
erivuhroeciampoiaaervgieja;boijhvra. This is making me very stressed. I fear I may not be able to complete my application before I leave. It doesn't help that my parents are also taking forever to find and scan my sc stuff for my resumé. Okay I need to chillax and do deep breathing and remember that people have other stuff to do too.
On a completely random note, chia bread is very nice and it's healthy! (: I'm not just saying that cos it's my namesake food. Oh yea today's weather was wonderful, the kind of weather that makes you feel like everything's right with the world. Blue skies and all that. Quite summery for spring actually compared the the london-esque week we've just had. Tomorrow's supposed to hit 29˚ though, which I'm not looking forward too. I hope I don't melt before I locate the office of the statistics associate professor whom I have never met before.

Min 9 Max 25
How the hell are you supposed to dress for a 16˚ temperature difference?
I've been doing CALCULUS. Yay good job. Totally neglecting bio though. I haven't done tomorrow's tute questions and I'm hoping that there's the slimmest chance I'll know what's going on because most of the time I can still offer some responses from info I've miraculously retained from the lectures. Then again, that will only work if it's MS's lectures. Brits are best. Or at least brit-likes. OH NO I JUST REALISED THAT THERE'S A BIO WORKSHEET THAT I HAVE TO DO. Clearly I am a very disorganized person.
I got back my psych essay. Marks were kinda mehhh so so. (I have become so Singaporean seriously. Oh the irony.) I will try my best to mug hard for the exam.

Made In Dagenham
I want to watch that! Especially since it's directed by the same people/person as calendar girls, which was hilarious.

OMG?!
WOW it's already less than a month away from the exams! In fact, it's also less than a month away from the END of exams.
I. Need. To. Study.
And I also need to get cracking on my music & health essay (yes, again). And I need to get my exchange study plan signed by 3 different people, all of whom I've never met before and are evidently not compulsive email-checkers like I am. And I need to do my exchange essay and resumé omg wth I didn't quite realise that there was this much stuff left to do. Maybe I shouldn't change my flight to an earlier date.

don't you dare
One of the most offensive things in the world, I find, is when people insult my music. For instance, when people ask in a meaningful tone, "why do you listen to this?". I understand when people say "not my kind of music" or "I prefer something else" but there's no need to go anywhere beyond that. If I've learnt anything at all from my music psychology and music & health lectures, it's that the music we choose reflects some aspect of ourselves, so technically insinuating something about someone's taste in music would be implying that about them too. NOT COOL.
Okay I haven't blogged in a long time and though there's been lots I've been meaning to talk about I just can't seem to remember it now. Ah well.

meh
I don't feel like blogging today. But I saw this and just had to post it.
"These shoes are so cute and look great in person- but they are pretty painful for the ball of the foot. Hopefully I'll break them in and get used to them, but honestly even if they remain painful forever, I'll still wear them because they're beautiful! Such is the life of a woman"
